About creation of the special economic zone "Burabay"

According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 6, 2007 "About special economic zones in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and for the purpose of development of the Shchuchinsko-Borovsky resort area I DECIDE:

1. Create the special economic zone "Burabay" (further - SEZ) for the period till December 1, 2017.

2. Approve enclosed:

1) Regulations on SEZ;

2) target indicators of functioning and critical level of not achievement of the SEZ target indicators.

3. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take measures for ensuring activities of SEZ.

4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.

Regulations on the special economic zone "Burabay"

1. The special economic zone "Burabay" (further - SEZ) is located in the territory of Burabaysky district of Akmola area according to the enclosed plan.

The territory of SEZ constitutes 370 hectares and is integral part of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
