1. Determine that payment for the heat energy released by the republican unitary enterprises of power industry of the national production association of power industry Belenergo is performed on rates:

1.1. in the amount of 43rd 458, 3 rubles for 1 Gcal on border of balance sheet accessory of thermal networks under the signed agreements with:

the housing and operational organizations on condition of absence at the organizations in property (economic maintaining, operational management) of thermal networks on which transportation of heat energy for needs of the population is performed;

housing organizations of citizens (housing, housing cooperatives, partnerships of owners and others);

the organizations having apartment houses in property, economic maintaining or operational management and performing leave of heat energy for needs of the population;

religious organizations;

the organizations of health care or their structural divisions providing the round-the-clock stationary medical care (hospitals, hospitals, medical and sanitary parts, dispensaries, the centers, maternity hospitals, children's homes, hospices), the prosthetic and orthopedic recovery centers (including their branches);
