About import licensing of separate types of goods

For the purpose of implementation of the state control of import to the Russian Federation of goods and services and according to orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of 06.11.92 No. 854, of 24.01.94 No. 35, of 15.04.94 No. 331 I order:

1. Make customs clearance of the goods specified in appendix to this order and imported into the Russian Federation according to customs regime of release of goods for free circulation on condition of submission of the licenses which are drawn up by the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations of Russia, and other documents necessary for the customs purposes.

In case of customs clearance of the goods specified in appendix to this order and imported into the Russian Federation according to other customs regimes to be guided by the existing customs legislation.

2. Consider invalid:

- the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of 25.05.94 N 227 "About entering of amendments into the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of 12.12.92 N 610";

- appendices 4, 7 to the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of 12.12.92 N 610 "About procedure for licensing and quoting of export and commodity import (works, services) in the territory of the Russian Federation";

- Items 2, 3, 6th appendices 5 to the order of the State Customs Committee of Russia of 12.12.92 N 610.

3. To chiefs of customs to bring provisions of this order to the attention of the interested companies, the organizations and the customs applicants located in the region of activities of customs.

4. To the press service of the State Customs Committee of Russia (A. P. Yevstigneyev) from the date of signing of this order to start its lighting in mass media.
