According to article 6 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public-private partnership" and article 36 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About joint-stock companies of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

- Procedure for carrying out competitive selection and direct negotiations, agreement signatures on projects about public-private partnership;

Procedure for selection and promotion of government employees in structure of the board of directors of the joint-stock company created within public-private partnership

2. Delegate powers on selection of government employees for representation to structure of the board of directors of the joint-stock company created within public-private partnership, the Commission on forming of reserve of personnel created according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 20.07.2012 No. 513

4. This resolution becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication.
