About approval of the Order of interaction of the subjects providing social services to homeless persons
According to the Laws of Ukraine "About bases of social protection of homeless citizens and street children", "About social services", "About freedom of travel and the free choice of the place of residence in Ukraine", the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 05.11.2008 No. 1402-r "About approval of the actions plan concerning implementation of the Concept of social protection of homeless citizens till 2012" and for the purpose of settlement of interaction of the executive bodies and other subjects performing provision of social services to homeless persons, and improvement of quality of such services we ORDER:
1. Approve the Order of interaction of the subjects providing social services to homeless persons it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Ukraine for family, youth and sport, to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the State committee of Ukraine for nationalities and religions, to State department of Ukraine concerning execution of punishments and to their territorial subdivisions to provide the organization of accomplishment of provisions of the Order of interaction of the subjects providing social services to homeless citizens.
