based on the Agreement on the Customs union of January 20, 1995, the Agreement on uniform conditions of transit through the territories of the State Parties of the Customs union of January 22, 1998,

recognizing need of streamlining of movement through the Russian-Kazakhstan frontier of alcoholic and tobacco products and enhancement of carrying out customs control concerning these goods,

agreed about the following:

Article 1

For the purposes of the this Protocol "alcoholic and tobacco products" are understood as the goods specified in appendix to the this Protocol.

Article 2

Before completion of creation of single customs area of the Customs union movement of alcoholic and tobacco products through the Russian-Kazakhstan frontier is allowed in the following items of the omission:
