About state registration of permanent international Arbitration (arbitration) Courts
Based on Item part one paragraph two 5, of paragraph two of Item 6 and part one of Item 12 of the Regulations on state registration of permanent international Arbitration (arbitration) Courts approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 29, 2009 No. 698, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish:
form of the certificate on state registration of permanent international Arbitration (arbitration) Court according to appendix 1;
the application form about state registration of permanent international Arbitration (arbitration) Court according to appendix 2;
the application form about state registration of the changes and (or) additions made to the charter of permanent international Arbitration (arbitration) Court according to appendix 3.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2000 No. 41 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of permanent international Arbitration (arbitration) Courts" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 31, 8/3048);
the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of November 13, 2006 No. 68 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2000 No. 41" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 199, 8/15338).
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
