No. 143-144, 583) and parts (2) the Art. IV of the Law No. 128-XVI of June 6, 2008 on entering of amendments into some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 115-116, 443) DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for application of forced treatment of persons sick with contagious form of tuberculosis it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Internal Affairs to organize and control implementation of this Resolution.
3. To cover the expenses connected using forced treatment for the account and within the means which are annually planned in the relevant budgets.
