1. Approve Regulations on procedure for application of forced temporary hospitalization in specialized TB medical institutions of persons sick with contagious form of tuberculosis who refuse treatment it (is applied).
2. Provide to the Ministry of Health proper conditions for application of forced temporary hospitalization in specialized TB medical institutions of persons sick with contagious form of tuberculosis.
3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 472 of August 7, 2009. "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for application of forced treatment of persons sick with contagious form of tuberculosis" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 124-126, of the Art. 535).
