The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and the Federal Service for Financial Markets (Russian Federation) which further are referred to as with the Parties

in view of need of strengthening of mutual cooperation in case of exchange of information in the security market,

being guided by the Agreement on cooperation of state members of Eurasian economic community in the security market of June 18, 2004 and the Agreement on exchange of information between authorized bodies on regulation of the security markets of state members of EurAsEC of December 23, 2003,

agreed as follows:

Article 1. Terms of the Agreement

For the purposes of this agreement following terms have the following values:

the required Party - the Party to which request provision of information;

the requesting Party - the Party which requests provision of information.

Article 2. Subject of the agreement

1. Subject of this agreement is exchange of information in the security market.

2. The required Party provides any information which she has and which transfer is resolved by the legislation of its state, and in case of lack of such information takes necessary measures for its obtaining for the benefit of the requesting Party. In case of difficulties on collection of necessary information of the Party hold bilateral consultations.

Article 3. Request for receipt of information

1. The request for receipt of information is represented in writing.

2. The request for receipt of information shall contain:

the general description of the interesting information and the purpose of the appeal of the requesting Party;

specifying of the name of competent authority which, according to the requesting Party, can have access to such information, or specifying to source through which the required Party can obtain such information;
