Some questions of realization of the property right to the earth by citizens of Ukraine

For the purpose of protection of constitutional rights of citizens of Ukraine on the earth the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for free registration and issue to citizens of Ukraine of the state acts on the property right to the parcels of land;

Procedure for use in 2009 of means of Stabilization fund for implementation of actions for free registration and issue to citizens of Ukraine of the state acts on the property right to the parcels of land.

2. Prohibit collection from citizens of Ukraine of payment for registration and issue according to the Procedure for free registration and issue to citizens of Ukraine of the state acts approved by this resolution on the property right to the parcels of land of such acts and provision of the additional and accompanying services in development of documentation on land management, and also any other payments, in particular fees in charity and other foundations.

3. Allocate at the expense of unallotted means of Stabilization fund on irretrievable basis 507784, 8 thousand hryvnias for implementation of actions for free registration and issue to citizens of Ukraine of the state acts for the property right to the parcels of land.

4. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

5. Ceased to be valid in compliance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 07.09.2011 No. 937
