According to article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of mass media and social protection of journalists" and the Regulations on the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 11.07.2007 of N 897, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision of the state financial support to printing mass media it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid Goskomteleradio's order of 15.04.2008 N 104 "About approval of the Procedure for provision of the state financial support to printing mass media", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 07.05.2008 for N 388/15079.

3. To department of publishing and press (Babilyulko V. I.) together with legal management (Krasnoshchok A. I.) provide in accordance with the established procedure state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective in 10 days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Committee Shevchenko V. G.
