About approval of the Procedure for provision of the state financial support to printing mass media

According to article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of mass media and social protection of journalists" and to the Regulations on the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 13, 2014 No. 341, I order:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision of the state financial support to printing mass media which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine of July 17, 2009 No. 254 "About approval of the Procedure for provision of the state financial support to printing mass media", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 4, 2009 for No. 734/16750.

3. To management of publishing and press (Kononenko A. A.) together with management of development of the information sphere and the European integration (Radziyevsky I. A.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. I reserve control of execution of this order.
