About some questions of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About prevention of iodine-deficiency diseases"

For the purpose of implementation of subitem 7-1) of Article 6, of Item 1 of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About prevention of iodine-deficiency diseases", I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) rules of import, production and realization of not iodated edible salt;

2) the list of separate types of food products in which production not iodized salt, according to appendix 1 to this order is used;

3) the list of diseases and conditions of human body in case of which the use of the iodated edible salt, according to appendix 2 to this order is contraindicated.

2. To department of organization-legal providing Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Mukhamedzhanov Zh. M.):

1) to direct this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to direct this order to official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of Committee of the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.A's Belonog.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.
