To provide to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan informing foreign states on introduction in the Republic of Kazakhstan the identity certificate of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the residence permit of the foreigner in the Republic of Kazakhstan containing electronic media of information, and also that the identity certificates of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and residence permits of foreigners in the Republic of Kazakhstan issued before enforcement of this resolution are valid before the expiration of terms of their action.
4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 12, 2000 No. 1063 "About approval of Rules of documentation and registration of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, No. 29, the Art. 359) the following changes and amendments:
