For the purpose of ensuring availability, timeliness and improvement of quality of the emergency medical care which is provided to the population of Ukraine, decrease in level of disability and death rate in case of accidents, injuries and poisonings, sharp violations of vital signs of the person owing to cardiovascular, other diseases, reduction of the economic losses caused by temporary and stable disability, savings of health, settlement of rather single system of provision of the emergency medical care to the population of Ukraine, enhancement of service of the emergency medical care and according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 05.11.2007 No. 1290 "About approval of the State program of creation of single system of provision of the emergency medical care for the period till 2010" of article 37 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine about health care I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1.1. The regulations on single system of provision of the emergency (urgent) medical care (are applied).

1.2. The regulations on department of emergency (emergency) medical care of hospital (are applied).

1.3. Rules of challenge of crews of emergency medical service (are attached).

1.4. The procedure for hospitalization of patients (is applied) by crews of emergency medical service in treatment and prevention facilities.
