To carry difference from revaluation of remaining balance of products on results of economic activity according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
3. Determine that forming of selling prices on alcoholic products with a strength over 28 percent (except for implemented on fixed prices) is made taking into account market situation, but not below the minimum selling prices provided by appendix 2.
4. Determine that the alcoholic products with a strength over 28 percent (except vodka and alcohol) which arrived in retail chain stores till August 29, 2009 are implemented at earlier created prices.
5. Approve selling prices on ethyl alcohol from food raw materials according to appendix 3.
6. Selling prices on ethyl alcohol from food raw materials with zero rate of excise extend to ethyl alcohol - the raw from food raw materials released to the organizations of the Republic of Belarus for production of the ethyl alcohol rectified and on the ethyl alcohol rectified from food raw materials, released to the organizations of the Republic of Belarus for production of alcoholic products, vinegar.
