Chapter 1. General provisions

1. In this Provision the procedure for the conclusion (termination) for investment contracts with the Republic of Belarus according to the Investment code of the Republic of Belarus, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2009 No. 10 "About creation of additional terms for investing activities in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 188, 1/10912) is determined (further - the Decree).

2. The investment contract with the Republic of Belarus can be signed for the purpose of implementation of investment projects, including:

creation and development in the territory of the Republic of Belarus of the organizations with participation of the investor having strategic importance;

acquisition by the investor of the objects which are in state-owned property including in the course of privatization.

3. The investment contract with the Republic of Belarus (the daleeinvestitsionny agreement) is understood as the agreement signed with the investor based on the decision of republican state body, other state organization subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus (further - state body), regional (Minsk city) executive committee (daleeispolnitelny committee), Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, including in coordination with the President of the Republic of Belarus, according to subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Decree.
