About approval of structure of subsistence minimum for the main social and demographic national groups of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Approve enclosed:

- structure of subsistence minimum for the main social and demographic national groups of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- the minimum set of food products for the main social and demographic national groups of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- chemical composition and energy value of the minimum set of food for the main social and demographic national groups of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- technique of calculation of size of subsistence minimum for the main social and demographic national groups of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Recommend to National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic to determine quarterly the cost size of subsistence minimum taking into account change of consumption price index and service, entering consumer goods basket.

3. To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Ministry of economic regulation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State agency of social security under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the National agency of the Kyrgyz Republic for local self-government (under approval) according to article 19 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the guaranteed state minimum social standards" within 3 years to develop structure of subsistence minimum by regions taking into account climatic conditions, national traditions and local features of consumption of food, nonfoods and services.
