About approval of the Temporary procedure for inspection on HIV infection using bystry tests, their uses, storage and accounting of results

1. Approve the Temporary procedure for inspection on HIV infection using bystry tests, their uses, storage and accounting of results (further - the Procedure) which is applied.

2. Approve temporary forms of accounting and the reporting (further accounting forms of account) concerning inspection on HIV infection using bystry tests and the instruction concerning their filling:

2.1. Form of primary accounting documentation N 510-5/o "The magazine of registration of temperature condition of storage of bystry tests" and the Instruction concerning its filling it (is applied);

2.2. Form of primary accounting documentation N 510-6/o "The magazine of registration of results of researches by means of bystry tests" and the Instruction concerning its filling it (is applied);

2.3. Form of primary accounting documentation N 510-7/o "The magazine of protocols of carrying out research" and the Instruction concerning its filling (is attached) by bystry tests;

2.4. Form of primary accounting documentation N 503-4/o "The certificate of result of research on availability of antibodies" and the Instruction concerning its filling (is attached) to HIV;
