About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 12-ves (services) "Report on export and import of services" and instructions for its filling
Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 12-ves (services) "Report on export and import of services" of monthly frequency and to enact it starting with the report for January, 2010.
2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-ves (services) "Report on export and import of services" and to enact them starting with the report for January, 2010.
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities, the separate divisions of legal entities having separate balance, according to Item 1 of Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-ves (services) "Report on export and import of services", approved by this resolution.
4. Declare invalid:
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2008 No. 296 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 12-ves (services) "Report on export and import of services" and instructions for its filling" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 291, 7/859);
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 27, 2008 No. 459 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 14, 2008 No. 296" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 69, 7/895);
subitem 1.32 of Item 1 of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 12, 2009 No. 41 "About modification of some forms of the state statistical reporting" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 132, 7/963).
5. This resolution becomes effective since January 26, 2010.
