1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 1-un (advertizing) "The report on advertizing organization activity" of annual frequency and enact it starting with the report for 2009.
2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1-un (advertizing) "The report on advertizing organization activity" and enact them starting with the report for 2009.
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities, their separate divisions having separate balance whose core activity are advertizing activities.
4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of statistics and the analysis of the Republic of Belarus of August 29, 2008 No. 140 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1-un (advertizing) "The report on advertizing organization activity" and instructions for its filling" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 236, 8/19451).
5. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.
