About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1-nt (innovation) "Report on innovative organization activity" and instructions for its filling

Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 1-nt (innovation) "The report on innovative organization activity" of annual frequency and enact it starting with the report for 2009.

2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1-nt (innovation) "The report on innovative organization activity" and enact them starting with the report for 2009.

3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities (except the microorganizations), their separate divisions having separate balance which main type of economic activity is production of industrial output, the communication and activities connected with computer facilities.

4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of statistics and the analysis of the Republic of Belarus of September 12, 2008 No. 176 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1-nt (innovation) "The report on innovative organization activity" and instructions for its filling" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 248, 8/19493).

5. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.
