In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 16, 2009 the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide N UP-4152 "About Increase in the Sizes of the Salary, Pensions, Grants and Social Benefits":
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for recalculation of pensions according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 16, 2009 by N UP-4152 "About Increase in the Sizes of the Salary, Pensions, Grants and Social Benefits", according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 11, 2009 N 50 and N 82 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for recalculation of pensions on the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 8, 2009 of N UP-4119 "About Increase in the Sizes of the Salary, Pensions, Grants and Social Benefits" (reg. N 1995 of August 18, 2009) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2009, N 34, the Art. 376).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan

This Provision according to item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 16, 2009 of N UP-4152 "About Increase in the Sizes of the Salary, Pensions, Grants and Social Benefits" determines conditions of recalculation of pensions.
1. According to the above-named Decree since December 1, 2009 the following minimum sizes are established:
the salary - 37 680 sum a month;
old-age pensions - 74 660 sum a month;
benefits to disabled people since the childhood - 74 660 sum a month;
old-age benefits and to the disabled citizens who do not have required length of service for award of pension - 45 220 sum a month.
2. For equalization of the sizes of the pensions granted till January 1, 1991 and in the years ahead, and also their recalculation, the new correction coefficients differentiated by years according to appendix are established.
3. For pension calculation earnings in the amount not over the eightfold size of minimum wage are accepted (37680 sum x 8 = 301440 sum).
4. If the size of the new average monthly salary, taking into account application of correction coefficients constitutes eightfold minimum wage and above, recalculation of pension is performed from earnings in the amount not over the eightfold size of minimum wage of 301 440 sum (37680 bags x 8), by its multiplication by the percent accepted for calculation of pension depending on duration of length of service.
5. In case of absence at retirement pensioners or on disability of I and II groups of the length of service necessary for establishment of full pension according to articles 7 and 17 of the Law "About the State Provision of Pensions of Citizens", the pension size in case of recalculation is determined in the amount of, pro rata to the available years of service.
6. In all cases of the allowance to pensions are determined proceeding from minimum wage (37680 bags).
