1. Approve:

Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Agency of material reserves according to appendix No. 1, the Agency of material reserves, public procurements reorganized by separation and the humanitarian assistance, with transfer of personnel and acceptance of the material values and financial resources intended for accomplishment of obligations in the field of the state material and mobilization reserves;

Structure of central office of the Agency of material reserves according to appendix No. 2;

The list of the organizations and organizations subordinated to the Agency of material reserves, according to appendix No. 3;

The list of the companies and joint-stock companies which are in management of the Agency of material reserves according to appendix No. 4;

Changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 5;
