1. Approve:

1) Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Agency of material reserves, according to appendix No. 1;

2) structure of the Agency of material reserves, according to appendix No. 2;

3) to organigramm of the Agency of material reserves, according to appendix No. 3.

2. Establish the extreme number of staff of the Agency of material reserves in number of 87 units, with the annual salary fund according to the legislation.

3. Liman plant, Republican material and technical resources мун. Orkhey and Specialized base of medical supply, including: Specialized medical base No. 1, page. Cocks, area Orkhey, Spetsializirovannuyu medical base No. 4, Mr. Aneny Noy, area Aneny Noy, Specialized medical base No. 5, мун. Бэлць, Specialized medical base No. 9, мун.
