About questions of lease of state-owned property

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of use of the state buildings (rooms), ensuring increase in receipt of lease revenues of the state buildings (rooms) in the republican budget, and also effective regulation of the rent relations the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

- Regulations on use, procedure and conditions of leasing of the state buildings (rooms), including administrative;

- The instruction about procedure for charge of the rent for use of the state buildings (rooms), including administrative;

- The instruction about procedure for leasing and charge of the rent for use of state-owned property.

2. Determine that when leasing by the ministries, the administrative departments, public services, all public institutions and the organizations financed from the government budget, the state buildings (rooms) which are on their balance, to other ministries, administrative departments, public services, organizations, the organizations which are also financed from the government budget, collection of the rent is not allowed, except for operating costs.

3. Recognize invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About lease of state-owned property and use of the state office buildings" of September 30, 2002 No. 668;

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About implementation of the order of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 13, 2003 No. 126" of December 4, 2003 No. 754.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic.
