About questions of lease of state-owned property

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of use and ensuring increase in receipt of lease revenues of the state constructions, buildings (rooms), including administrative, in the republican budget, and also effective regulation of the rent relations the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

- Regulations on use, procedure and conditions of leasing of the state constructions, buildings (rooms), including administrative;

- The instruction about procedure for charge of the rent for use of the state constructions, buildings (rooms), including administrative;

- The instruction about procedure for leasing and charge of the rent for use of state-owned property.

2. Determine that in case of delivery in use to the state bodies financed from the government budget, the state buildings, constructions (rooms), including administrative, and property which are on their balance, to other state bodies which are also financed from the government budget or allocated with the separate decision of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, collection of the rent is not allowed, except for the amounts of operating costs.

3. To the ministries, the state committees and administrative departments to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.

4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of lease of state-owned property" of December 29, 2009 No. 819.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
