Regulations on Medical and sanatorium recovery association of the State office according to appendix No. 1;

the list of the orders of the Government which are recognized invalid, according to appendix No. 2.

REGULATIONS ON MEDICAL AND SANATORIUM AND RECOVERY ASSOCIATION OF THE STATE OFFICE

CHAPTER I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This Provision establishes procedure for the organization and functioning, task, the right and obligation of Medical and sanatorium and recovery association of the State office (further - Association).

2. The association is the public organization created by the State office and subordinated to it, the legal successor of Medical and sanatorium and recovery association of the Ministry of Health.
