1. Approve enclosed:

1) method of distribution of the tariff quotas to import of some types of meat concerning which the tariff quotas are introduced (further - meat);

2) distribution of amounts of the tariff quotas for import to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of meat, except for the meat occurring and imported from the participating countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

2. Distribute the tariff quotas between the legal entities and physical persons which are suppliers of meat according to appendix to this resolution.

3. To committee of trade of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to perform issue of import licenses of meat within the tariff quota to legal entities and physical persons according to appendix to this resolution.

4. To provide to the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan control of import of meat by legal entities and physical persons in the amounts specified in appendices to this resolution, and quarterly, to the 5th, following reporting quarter, to represent to the Ministries of Agriculture and economic development and trade information on the actual amount of import of meat by suppliers and countries of source.
