1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules for apportionment of amounts of the tariff quotas between participants of foreign economic activity on import to the Republic of Kazakhstan of some types of meat;

2) amounts of the tariff quotas for import to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the meat occurring and imported from the countries with which at the countries - members of the Customs union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation free-trade agreements are not signed or exist withdrawals from free trade regime concerning goods for 2011;

3) distribution of amounts of the tariff quotas between participants of foreign economic activity for 2011 (the 1st stage).

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2009 No. 2333 "About distribution of amounts of the tariff quotas to import of some types of meat" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2010, No. 5, the Art. 70);
