To Approve 1):

- Samples of the diplomatic, service and all-civil foreign passports of the Republic of Tajikistan containing electronic media of information (Appendix 1);

- The description of the diplomatic passport of the Republic of Tajikistan containing the electronic medium of information (Appendix 2);

- The description of the service passport of the Republic of Tajikistan containing the electronic medium of information (Appendix 3);

- The description of the all-civil foreign passport of the Republic of Tajikistan containing the electronic medium of information (Appendix 4);

- Technical specifics and technological protection of forms of the foreign passports of the Republic of Tajikistan containing electronic media of information (Appendix 5).

2) to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the State committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan to develop and approve Regulations on procedure for execution of the foreign passports of the Republic of Tajikistan containing electronic media of information in a month.
