Based on article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 16, 2002 "About natural monopolies" and Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 19, 1999 "About some measures for price stabilization (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 285
1. Establish rates for oil transportation services on system of bulk distribution lines of the republican unitary enterprise "Gomeltransneft Friendship" and Novopolotsk republican unitary enterprise for transport of Friendship oil in the territory of the Republic of Belarus without the value added tax:
1.1. when implementing payments in Belarusian rubles according to appendix 1;
1.2. when implementing payments in foreign currency in cases, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Belarus, according to appendix 2.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of January 29, 2009 No. 20 "About rates for oil transportation services on system of bulk distribution lines of the republican unitary enterprise "Gomeltransneft Friendship" and Novopolotsk republican unitary enterprise for transport of Friendship oil in the territory of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 31, 8/20444).
3. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2010.
