Based on part five of article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of September 20, 2009 "About procedure for departure from the Republic of Belarus and entry into the Republic of Belarus of citizens of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 49-Z

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for maintaining databank on the citizens of the Republic of Belarus who drew up departure for permanent residence (drew up permanent residence) outside the Republic of Belarus and temporarily staying outside the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).

2. Provide to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs inclusion in databank about the citizens of the Republic of Belarus who drew up departure for permanent residence (drew up permanent residence) outside the Republic of Belarus and temporarily staying outside the Republic of Belarus, the information about the citizens of the Republic of Belarus staying in diplomatic representations and consular establishments on the consular registry of the citizens of the Republic of Belarus who drew up departure for permanent residence (drew up permanent residence) outside the Republic of Belarus and also on consular accounting of the citizens of the Republic of Belarus who are temporarily staying outside the Republic of Belarus.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of September 20, 2009 "About procedure for departure from the Republic of Belarus and entry into the Republic of Belarus of citizens of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 235, 2/1601).
