According to the Law of Ukraine "About protection of plants" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 23.12.2009 N 1406 "About approval of inventories which export and import is subject to licensing and quotas for 2010" I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for provision by the Main state inspectorate of protection of plants of Minagropolitiki of approval on licensing for chemical remedies of plants which import is subject to licensing in 2010 which is applied.
2. (Dovgan S. V.) to provide to the main state inspection of protection of plants provision of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister Melnik S. I.
