expressing intention to continue realization of provisions of the Agreement on the Customs union between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 1995, Agreements on uniform conditions of transit through the territories of the State Parties of the Customs union of January 22, 1998 and the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on measures for development of trade and economic cooperation of March 23, 2007,

for the purpose of the simplification of customs clearance and customs control of the vehicles which are temporarily imported on customs area of the Russian Federation or customs area of the Republic of Belarus and exported from these customs areas

for the purpose of the organization of single approaches concerning the vehicles registered in the territory of the state of one Party and which are temporarily imported on customs area of the state of other Party

agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purposes of this agreement the following terms are used:

a) "vehicles" - automotor-vehicles, trail cars and semitrailer trucks to them;

b) "vehicles of the states of the Parties" - the vehicles staying on the registration registry in competent authorities of the states of the Parties;

c) "foreign vehicles" - the vehicles registered in competent authorities of the states not being participants of this agreement;

d) "persons of the states of the Parties" - legal entities with the location in the territory of one of the states of the Parties created according to the national legal system of this state, and also the physical persons who are constantly living in the territory of one of the states of the Parties, including registered in this state as individual entrepreneurs;
