Article 1.

Exempt from criminal liability and punishment:

2) widows of persons specified in Item 1 of article 1 of this Decree;

3) women is more senior than 55 years;

4) men is more senior than 60 years;

5) the persons who are the single supporters in family, having at least two minor children or dependent on which there are disabled parents of the I group;

6) disabled people of I and II groups and oncological patients III, IV stages;

7) minors, for the first time convicts for a period of up to 5 years;

8) persons whose unexpired part of punishment on the date of the introduction of this Decree in force constitutes less than one year;
