Questions of Federal Agency for Supplies of Arms, Military and Special Equipment and Materiel

For the purpose of enhancement of structure of federal executive bodies I decide:

1. Determine that the Federal Agency for Supplies of Arms, Military and Special Equipment and Materiel is under authority of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Federal Agency for Supplies of Arms, Military and Special Equipment and Materiel.

3. Permit to have in Federal Agency for Supplies of Arms, Military and Special Equipment and Materiel five deputy managers of Federal agency, and also to 30 managements on the main activities of Federal agency.

4. Establish:

a) the extreme number of employees of central office of Federal Agency for Supplies of Arms, Military and Special Equipment and Materiel - in number of 882 units (without personnel on protection and servicing of buildings), since January 1, 2014 - in number of 684 units (without personnel on protection and servicing of buildings);

b) the extreme number of employees of territorial authorities of Federal Agency for Supplies of Arms, Military and Special Equipment and Materiel - in number of 108 units (without personnel on protection and servicing of buildings), since January 1, 2014 - in number of 96 units (without personnel on protection and servicing of buildings).

5. To the government of the Russian Federation:

a) establish the salary fund of employees of Federal Agency for Supplies of Arms, Military and Special Equipment and Materiel;
