Regulations on licensing of activities for ensuring aviation safety

2. Licensing of activities for ensuring aviation safety is performed by Federal Service for the Oversight of Transport (further - the licensing body).

3. The license for activities on ensuring aviation safety (further - the license) is provided for 5 years. The validity of the license can be extended according to the procedure, provided for renewal of the license.

4. The licensed requirements and conditions shown when implementing activities for ensuring aviation safety are:

a) observance by the licensee of requirements of aviation safety and the procedure for their accomplishment established according to article 84 of the Air code of the Russian Federation;
