- submit the request to Management of financing and planning on financing for payment of one-time financial support according to the list provided by the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and the summary report on use.
3. To heads of district, city managements of social protection:
- accept this Mechanism to management in practical activities and provide its strict execution;
- to daily submit the report on the paid money the victim in Department of social protection and humanitarian assistance of the State agency.
