For the purpose of strengthening of social protection of orphan children and children without parental support, enhancement of procedure for providing with premises the Cabinet of Ministers decides them:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for providing with premises of orphan children and children without parental support, according to appendix No. 1.
2. Determine that premises to orphan children and children without parental support, are provided by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent in houses of utility housing stock of purpose or hostels which are temporarily not used, being in state-owned property, apartment houses and the empty apartments in apartment houses.
3. Determine that in the absence of free premises khokimiyats of areas (cities) provide target transfer, including budgetary funds, on acquisition of premises for orphan children and children without parental support, within social norm of the area of housing at the expense of the funds allocated from the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan or extrabudgetary funds of the relevant khokimiyats.
To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to develop and approve in accordance with the established procedure Regulations on procedure for provision of target transfers, including budgetary funds, on acquisition of premises for orphan children and children without parental support in a month.
