1. Approve:

- Regulations on procedure for declaring of production volumes and/or turnover of ethyl alcohol (except cognac alcohol);

- Regulations on procedure for leave of ethyl alcohol to business entities and traceability of the ethyl alcohol made in the Kyrgyz Republic at stages of its production, storage, transportation, realization and export and also imported to the republic of ethyl alcohol (except cognac alcohol).

2. Determine that:

- the licenses granted to business entities affect production and/or turnover, realization, export and the import of ethyl alcohol issued in accordance with the established procedure before the termination of the terms specified in them;
