According to Item 2 of Article 217 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Requirements to development or adjustment, and also conducting necessary examinations of the feasibility statement on the concessionary project, the investment project for provision of the state guarantees.
2. Declare invalid the order of the deputy. The Minister of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 2, 2009 No. 30 "About approval of requirements to development and examination of the feasibility statement on the budget investment project and concessionary project requiring joint financing from republican or local budgets and recognition voided some decisions of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 5593).
3. To department of investment policy (to Tortayev B. K.) and to Legal department (Eshimova D. A.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
