Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on provision of services on transportation of passengers and loads by road transport according to the work types determined by the Law of Ukraine "About road transport"

I. General provisions

1.1. These Licensed conditions are developed according to the Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", "About transport", "About road transport", "About traffic", "About consumer protection", "About transportation of dangerous goods", "About accession of Ukraine to the European agreement concerning work of crews of the vehicles which are carrying out the international motor transportations (ESTR)" "About accession of Ukraine to the European Agreement on the international road carriages of dangerous goods (DOPNV)" and determine the list of the organizational, technical and qualification requirements obligatory for accomplishment by the subjects of housekeeping providing services in transportation of passengers and loads by road transport according to the work types determined by the Law of Ukraine "About road transport", and subjects of housekeeping which have current licenses on provision of services on transportation of passengers and loads by road transport according to the work types determined by the Law of Ukraine "About road transport" during provision of services on transportation of passengers, dangerous goods, baggage by road transport (further - licensees)".

1.2. In these Licensed conditions terms are used in the value given in the Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" and "About road transport".

1.3. The body of licensing authorized on implementation of licensing of economic activity on provision of services on transportation of passengers, dangerous goods, baggage by road transport is the State inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on the land transport (further - Ukrtransinspektion).

Territorial authorities of Ukrtransinspektion in areas, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol (further territorial authorities) perform functions on preparation of documents for issue and renewal of licenses on provision of services on transportation of passengers and loads by road transport according to the work types determined by the Law of Ukraine "About road transport" (further - the license), to issue of duplicates and copies of licenses, recognition invalid and to cancellation of licenses and give them for Ukrtransinspektion's consideration.
