About approval of the Instruction about procedure for issue of legal documents

According to provisions of the orders of the Government No. 920 of 30.08.2005 "About approval of the List of permissions, approvals and the certificates issued by the central administrative authorities and bodies subordinated to them to physical persons and legal entities for implementation of business activity" and No. 508 of 11.05.2006 "About approval of the List of the paid services rendered by divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and rates for them and also Regulations on education and expenditure of special means of these divisions" I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for issue of legal documents it (is applied).

2. Grant the right to sign the legal documents issued by information directorate and operational accounting:

- to the head of department of information and operational accounting,

- to the deputy head of department of information and operational accounting,

- to the head of department of legal documents.

3. To the head of department of information and operational accounting (Mr. Yu. Burka):

- together with the head financial and economic department to provide transfer and legalization of the order and appendix;

- together with legal management to provide publication of the order and appendix in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova;

- inform the bodies, physical persons and legal entities interested in provisions of this Instruction;

- provide replication and distribution to divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of necessary number of copies of the order and the corresponding appendix;

- provide execution of this Instruction.

4. Abolish the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 125 of 28.03.2008 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for issue of legal documents".
