1. Approve the Instruction about issue of certificates of lack of criminal record and other references by information directorate and operational accounting according to appendix.
2. Grant the right to sign certificates of lack of criminal record and other references issued by information directorate and operational accounting:
a) to the head of department of information and operational accounting;
b) to the deputy head of department of information and operational accounting;
c) to the head of department of legal documents of information directorate and operational accounting.
3. Repeal the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 372 of 12.11.2010 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for issue of legal acts" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 227230, the Art. 833).
