1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for inclusion in the name of legal entities, branches (representations) of the official complete or reduced name of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Recognize to invalid:
- The order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the questions connected with procedure for inclusion in the name of legal entities in case of their state registration of the name of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 29, 1998 No. 574;
- The order of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for inclusion in names of legal entities of specifying on the official complete or reduced name of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 25, 2001 No. 112 (registration number 124-01).
3. This Resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of official publication.
