1. Approve the Procedure for transfer to the State committee of Ukraine on the state material reserve of the goods turned into advantage of the state from bodies of the State Customs Service of Ukraine it (is applied).

2. Approve form of the Delivery-acceptance certificate of goods it (is applied).

3. To the state committee of Ukraine on the state material reserve and the State Customs Service of Ukraine to bring this order to permission of the companies of system of the state reserve and bodies of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman - the director of the department of strategic planning, financing and accounting reports of the State committee of Ukraine under the state material reserve Golovin R. G. and the acting vice-chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of Wise S. I.
