We send you to permission and use in work the Temporary procedure for carrying out customs clearance of goods which are exported by rail transport, with use of the general cargo customs declaration (further - OGTD) approved by the order of State Customs Service of 02.06.2003 N 380 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.07.2003 for N 590/7911.
At the same time we inform that the management of State Customs Service makes the decision on implementation from 15.08.2003 the following stage of the control system behind cargo delivery.
Considering need of strengthening of control of movement of goods which are exported for borders of customs area of Ukraine, at this stage the decision to extend action of the Regulations on procedure of control of cargo delivery in customs of the appointment approved by the order of State Customs Service of 08.12.98 N 771 (further the Provision), to commodity exportation by railway transport for borders of customs area of Ukraine is made.
With respect thereto we provide explanation of rather separate aspects of accomplishment of noted Provision.
1. For control of cargo delivery which are exported from customs area of Ukraine (the direction перемещенияЭК) and move by rail for the purpose of export, re-export, temporary export or conversion behind borders of customs area of Ukraine, are used the cargo customs declaration (further - GTD) the export type and its electronic copy.
