1. Approve the Procedure for acceptance by the State Customs Service of Ukraine from importers of excise goods of declarations on the maximum retail prices established by the producer or the importer on excise goods that is applied.
2. To department of customs payments (Dzhigalov S.A.) and to Legal department (Bozhenko I. F.) provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Determine Department of customs payments (Dzhigalov S.A.) responsible for question of acceptance from importers of excise goods of declarations on the maximum retail prices established by the producer or the importer on excise goods.
4. Repeal the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 12.12.2003 N 869 "About approval of the Procedure for acceptance by the State Customs Service of Ukraine from importers of excise goods of declarations on the maximum retail prices established by the producer or the importer on excise goods".
